Relaxing Ocean Waves

It is always windy where I live on the west coast of Sweden. On one of those rare occasions when it was completely still, a wonderful warm August evening in 2014, I went to the beach and recorded the sound of the small waves rolling onto the sand. Can you hear the water lift the little shells and the sound they make as they kiss each other before they settle once again on the sand?

This is no meditation but can serve as relaxing background sounds to your meditation or when you want to fall asleep.
